As my summer gets busy with Capital SUP offerings, leading paddles, SUP Yoga, and tours - I have shifted to only offer Yoga & Wine as a pop-up event rather than a summer series. Mommy & Me Paddles

Enjoy a paddle with Capital SUP as you take your little with you in this guided paddle tour series! I’ll be leading the group of mamas(and dads too) to ease you and your kiddo into paddling together! This is great bonding time for you and your little, as well as meeting other parents and kiddos!
