Little Brie Toasts

Ingredients all found at the wonderful Trader Joe’s!

This one is a favorite of mine! I am absolutely obsessed with this appetizer at Red Red Wine Bar located Downtown Annapolis. I literally get cravings for this simple but delicious little appetizer. Red Red Wine Bar has an amazing selection of appetizers, salads, flatbreads, sandwiches, and entrees, as well as some tasty desserts. That’s not to mention the extensive list of bar offerings from wine and beer to your full selection of liquor and specialty cocktails, Red Red Wine has something for everyone.

Now back to these little brie toasts… …They’re only 4 ingredients, unless you add my extra 5th ingredient ;)

First, we have to make a trip to Trader Joe’s(I’m sure regular grocery stores carry these items too)and grab all the makings for these little brie toasts.

Ingredients:

• Creamy brie cheese

• Toast crackers

• Golden raisins

• Honey

• *bee pollen*

Instructions:

• Spread brie cheese onto toast crackers

• Top with golden raisins and a drizzle of honey

• *Optional to add a sprinkle of bee pollen*

• Enjoy!

I told you this one was easy. I love keeping recipes short and simple. It’s wonderful to just hop into the kitchen and have something delicious to eat within minutes. Enjoy!
